Indian leaders were making a mockery of political dialogue on Kashmir

Srinagar-26 August: JLKF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik on Thursday said that Indian leaders were making a mockery of political dialogue on Kashmir by inviting people to meetings through Twitter.

In a statement, Malik said that only talks between all parties involved in the Jammu and Kashmir dispute can prove fruitful, as dialogue between India and Pakistan, India and Kashmir, and Pakistan and Kashmir have failed to yield any results.

The JKLF chief who is languishing in central jail Srinagar since last month said that Indian home minister’s invitation for talks through Twitter was ridiculous. “Talks are held between two parties on the basis of equality, but here is the Indian home minister acting like a visiting monarch, asking his subjects to reach him and put forth their grievances,” Malik said.

“Bilateral dialogue process has been a futile exercise. That is why people of Jammu and Kashmir want a dialogue between all concerned parties to this dispute. It is our belief that only this kind of dialogue can resolve this dispute and bring lasting peace and prosperity to South Asia,” he said.

Malik said that Kashmiris have always stood for peaceful means of resistance but it is the Indian “occupational forces” and their Kashmiri “stooges” who from 1947 have used their police and military might to suppress peaceful resistance.

“Today, when whole of Kashmir including Rajouri, Poonch, Kishtwar, Baderwah, Doda, Ramban, Banihal and Kargil are asking for freedom, the Indian leadership and their Kashmiri stooges are still in denial and are terming the voices of millions as the voice of some miscreants,” he added.

The JKLF spokesman said in a separate statement that “police and Indian forces are continuing their nocturnal raids, crackdowns, spree of arrests and other oppressive measures against Kashmiris, especially against young boys and students throughout Kashmir.”

He said that police have arrested JKLF district secretary Mushtaq Ahmad of Koreg Ganderbal and raided the residence of JKLF district president Ganderbal, Bashir Ahmad Rather.

Debates in Indian parliament and statements of Indian leaders regarding Jammu Kashmir wretched and a shows colonial mind set of Indians towards Kashmir said Muhammad Yasin Malik

Srinagar -11th August: Debates in Indian parliament and statements of Indian leaders regarding Jammu Kashmir are wretched and a show of the colonial mindset of Indians towards Kashmir. Indian leaders can deceive Indian public opinion by bundle of lies and false propaganda but it cannot change the reality on ground. Who says Indian army is not on ground in Kashmir. It is already deployed to crush people’s movement here.

This was stated by the jailed chairman JKLF Muhammad Yasin Malik while reacting to recent statements by Indian prime minister, Indian home minister and debates in Indian parliament on Kashmir. Terming the Debates in Indian parliament and statements of Indian leaders regarding Jammu Kashmir as wretched and a show of the colonial mindset of Indians towards Kashmir, jailed JKLF chairman said that Indian home minister Rajnath Singh sahibs statement on deployment of Indian army in Jammu Kashmir is absurd and deceitful, He said that Indian army is already  deployed in south and north Kashmir and even in parts of Srinagar outskirts, installed to crush peoples peaceful protest in these areas.

He said that even Indian television channels and newspapers have carried the news of Indian army’s deployment in various areas of Kashmir and among 60 people martyred and 6000 people injured so-far many have been hit by the bullets of Indian army men. He said that Indian prime minster and now his home minister have tried to portray a people’s revolution as sponsored and ‘mischief of some miscreants’ and instead of acknowledging the political nature of Kashmir issue have cited unemployment and underdevelopment as a cause of this uprising.

By issuing these statements, Indian leaders can befool themselves and their people but this callous and state of denial cannot change the reality on ground, asserted Yasin Malik. He said that the reality is that immediately after gaining freedom from British, India snatched the freedom of Jammu Kashmir by military might and from that time people of Jammu Kashmir are resisting the military occupation of India.

If this people’s resistance would have been sponsored or because of less development or unemployment, this could not have survived more than six decades, said Yasin Malik. He said that even in hardest of times Kashmiris have and are generating employment for thousands of Indian workers and artisans in Kashmir and no one has ever died here because of hunger or unemployment. Dubbing the debate on Kashmir in Indian parliament as bogus, JKLF incarcerated chairman said that after killing 60 of our innocents, injuring more than 6000 out of which many have lost their eye sight and vital organs, we are being told that many quintals of ration, enough of gas and kerosene oil are in stock for Jammu Kashmir.

Also fabricated figures of injuries to Indian security forces are being propagated to justify killing and injuring innocents that too in Indian parliament. This shows the apathy of Indians towards Kashmir and Kashmiris and the gravity of this apathy is many a times more to what is being shown today on Indian television channels regarding an accident in SubashNagar Delhi. Yasin Malik said that Kashmir issue is a living reality which needs a resolution and those who are trying to ignore this reality are actually acting like an ostrich which hides its head in a pit and thinks that danger is gone. He hoped that good sense will prevail and Indian leaders and the ignorant international community will understand the importance of resolving this issue in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Jammu Kashmir.

Meanwhile thousands of men, women, youth and children today marched towards martyrs’ graveyard Eidgah as per the program given by joint resistance leadership. This march started from Nawakdal Srinagar and led by JKLF zonal organizer Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri, protesters raised slogans in favor of freedom and martyrs. This peaceful march reached Safakdal Bridge that had been closed down with razor wire and barricades by police and forces. The protesters staged a peaceful sit-in at the bridge. While addressing the protesters JKLF leader Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri said that martyrs are heroes of Kashmiris and every Kashmiri is indebted to these great sons of the soil. He said that by banning peaceful protest march so-called rulers have actually shown that they are worst kind of dictators.

Naming overwhelming majority of Kashmiris asking for Azadi as ‘some misled people’ old ploy of Indian leaders. Denying reality cannot change the reality, Yasin Malik

Faith in Allah almighty, strong unity and unrelenting resistance are the only weapons that will take us to our desired goal said incarcerated JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik

Srinagar 9th August: Naming overwhelming majority of Kashmiris asking for Azadi as ‘misled’ old ploy of Indian leaders. Denying reality cannot change the reality. Faith in Allah almighty, strong unity and unrelenting resistance are the only weapons that will take us to our desired goal. It is the duty of every Kashmiri to remain steadfast against forces of tyranny. This was stated by the jailed chairman of Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik in a message sent from incarceration toady.

JKLF chairman who is in jail from 8th July 2016, in his message to Kashmiri nation said that unwavering faith in Allah Almighty, strong unity and unrelenting resistance are the tools needed to overcome the forces of oppression and tyranny and these tools will surely take us to our desired goal of free Kashmir. Terming the recent statement of Indian Prime Minister Jenab Nerander Modi as illogical, Yasin Malik said that it has been an old ploy of Indian leaders to deny reality regarding Jammu Kashmir and name millions of Kashmiris who are asking for Azadi as “some misled people”.

This state of denial has and will yield nothing because denying reality never changes the reality, asserted Yasin Malik. He said that the reality is that Kashmiris with one voice are demanding freedom and the only way to resolve this human issue is to accept the reality and find some courage to resolve it according to the wishes, aspirations and sacrifices of the people of Jammu Kashmirs.

Hailing people of Jammu Kashmir for their resolve and sacrifices, JKLF incarcerated chairman said that struggle for freedom asks for sacrifices and this journey is always a long tedious journey but the nations which decide to fight the forces of darkness and oppression tread this thorny path and finally reach to their desired goal. Yasin Malik said that from last 32 days, Kashmir is burning, our 55 innocents have fallen to the bullets of trigger happy Indians, more than 6000 men, women and children are injured among whom hundreds have lost their eyesight and other vital organs .Our houses, vehicles, business establishments are being vandalized by Indian forces, pellets and pepper-gas are being used at will and even women and children are not being spared.

Medical, paramedical staff and ambulances have become primary target of forces. He said that police and forces at the behest of so-called rulers have speeded up callous and undemocratic means like night curfews, nocturnal raids, spree of arrests and other oppressive measures to overpower peoples will. JKLF chairman said that Kashmir is burning, innocent killings, curfew and restrictions continue unabated but instead of putting an end to the atrocities against people and listening to their just voice, Indian leaders and their Kashmiri stooges seem stagnant with their state of denial policy. Appealing Kashmiris to stand united and follow the protest programs given by the united resistance leadership, Yasin Malik said that at a time when oppressors are trying hard to break our unity and resolve we need to shun our petty differences, stand firmly united and resist tyrants with oneness and passion.

He said that Kashmir and Kashmiris are passing through hard times but our history bears a witness to the fact that we as a nation have always endured hardships with unity and zeal. Our passion for brotherhood, philanthropy and social works has always been at high during hard times and everything done in this regard by our youth and elders during past 32 days bear a witness to this fact.

Yasin Malik said that along with the unity on political front, poor nation of Kashmir also needs oneness on social, economic and religious fronts also. Stressing upon the need of forging social unity at the level of Mohallas, localities and Masajid, Yasin Malik said that elders and Ulema related to different Masajid and localities, with the help of others, need to rise above the considerations of creed and color and try to reach out to poor, downtrodden and affected people and help them in these hard days. This will ensure that help reaches to every needy person and family and this also will eradicate chances of deceitful person trying to betray people in the name of social work, added Yasin Malik.

Meanwhile besides JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik who is in Srinagar central jail, JKLF vice chairman Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal, leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt and block president Kakapora Shabir Ahmad Ganaie remain incarcerated in different Jails and police stations.

Srinagar-6th August 2016: Brutal killing of five more Kashmiris, injuring hundreds has again exposed the trigger happiness of Indian forces and police. People of Pirpanjal region deserve our heartfelt thanks for their show of solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren. Ban on Friday prayers at Dargah Hazratbal, continued detention of JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt and PSA on JKLF activist Shabir Ahmad Ganaie of Kakapora Pulwama highly condemnable.

This was stated by the incarcerated chairman Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while condemning the ongoing oppression on Kashmiris all over Kashmir valley during which five more innocents have fallen to the bullets of Indian forces and more than 500 people have been injured on last Friday.

Yasin Malik said that this spree of killings and firings is going on and its soul motive is to suppress people’s revolution by brute force. It is Indian army, police and forces who at the behest of so-called rulers initiate violence by stopping peaceful programs and showering bullets ,teargas, pepper gas shells, pellets and stones kill and injure peaceful people, said Yasin Malik .

He said that as so-called rulers issue orders to their police, forces and army to suppress people by military might, therefore they are directly responsible for all innocent killings, injuries and losses and according to the law of retribution they will have to answer for their crimes against humanity.

While thanking people of Doda, Kishtwar, Baderwah, Ramban, Banihal, Poonch and Rajouri for their show of solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren, Yasin Malik said that this peaceful show of solidarity has once again revealed the fact that people of Jammu Kashmir are one and united in their demand for freedom.

Asking people of Jammu Kashmir especially Pirpanjal area to remain vigilant and safeguard their communal brotherhood at every cost, Yasin Malik said that our struggle and present people’s revolution is for a just cause and we seek freedom, justice and prosperity for all people of Jammu Kashmir irrespective of their religion, cast, creed, color and region.

He said that enemies of the people of Jammu Kashmir may try to damage our communal harmony and brotherhood but we all must stand united and peaceful and defeat their nefarious designs.

Yasin Malik said that five more people have fallen to the bullets of Indian trigger happy forces and hundreds of innocents have been hit by bullets, pellets and shells showered by these killing forces on Friday. He said that from Kupwara to Qazigund this oppression is continuing unabated and India, so-called pro-India rulers, politicians and parties behaving callously have turned a deaf ear to the screams, mourning’s and wailings of bereaved Kashmiris.

He said that relentless unprovoked firings, shelling’s, beatings, cane charges ,nocturnal raids, arrests, slapping Black laws like PSA by so-called rulers ,their forces and police from Kupwara to Qazigund and Budgam to Bandipora are glaring example of this callousness and are highly condemnable.

While condemning the spree of arrests throughout the valley, Yasin Malik said that police last night arrested JKLF block-President Kakapora Pulwama Shabir Ahmad Ganaie and immediately shifted him to Kothuwa jail after slapping black law PSA on him.  While condemning the ban on Friday prayers at Dargah Hazrat BAL, Yasin Malik said that by this act so-called rulers have crossed every limit of shame.

Senior JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt (younger brother of JKLF founder martyr Muhammad Maqbool Butt) who was arrested by police on 20th July 2016 from police station Kothibagh where he had come to meet incarcerated JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik, has started an indefinite hunger strike against police highhandedness against him at police station Kothibagh.

JKLF leader is being kept illegally in police custody and his health is deteriorating fast. JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik while strongly condemning the continued detention of Zahoor Ahmad Butt has said that if any harm is done to him in custody, the responsibility of that will be on the shoulders of so-called rulers.

Meanwhile JKLF vice chairman Mushtaq Ajmal today went to Gangbugh and met with the victims of police oppression and expressed solidarity with them. JKLF vice chairman also participated in protest Prayers at Batamaloo along with hundreds of people. Also the mother of a JKLF senior member Shamim Ahmad passed away JKLF incarcerated Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik while expressing grief over her demise has prayed for her heavenly abode.

Continuing peoples protest and struggle has only one goal and that is to liberate Jammu Kashmir, Malik

Continuing peoples protest and struggle has only one goal and that is to liberate Jammu Kashmir from the illegal occupation and secure freedom for the people of Jammu Kashmir , By portraying ‘all is well’, so-called chief minister and her ministers are actually trying to befool themselves by living in the world of their own life said incarcerated JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik

Srinagar - 01st August 2016:  Peoples protest and continuing struggle has only one goal and that is to liberate Jammu Kashmir from the illegal occupation and secure freedom for the people of Jammu Kashmir . Those who try to hoodwink people’s opinion by terming present phase of protests as some isolated events should see the writings on the wall. People of Jammu Kashmir from Poonch to Uri and from Teetwal to Baderwah stand united for the freedom of Jammu Kashmir. All pro-India politicians and political parties are anti-Kashmiri and their main job is to strengthen the illegal occupation of India on Jammu Kashmir. By portraying ‘all is well’, so-called chief minister and her ministers are actually trying to befool themselves by living in the world of their own lies.

This was stated by the incarcerated chairman Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik in a message sent out from jail today. Yasin Malik who is languishing in central jail Srinagar, in his message said that the protests and unabated sacrifices that are being rendered today have only one goal and that is to liberate Jammu Kashmir from the clutches of ugly occupation and secure freedom for the people of Jammu Kashmir.

He said that India and its Kashmiri stooges are engaged in a continued propaganda against people’s revolution and they are trying to portray that this continues protest is an isolated and aimless event that is being run by some vested interest. Yasin Malik said that every illegal occupier and stooges of occupation always try to portray people’s movements as sponsored one and dub them as destructive. But the truth of history is witness to the fact that no freedom movement till date has been defeated by such gimmicks and hypocritical politics. Yasin Malik said that today National conference is raising hue and cry over the innocent killings as if their hands are clean.

They forget about 2010 and 2011 when they were in power, killing innocent Kashmiris and PDP was acting as the so-called champion of human rights and Kashmiri cause. Today their theatrical roles have changed but killings and brutalizing innocent Kashmiris remains unchanged. He said that all pro-India politicians and parties are bunch of collaborators who are only deployed to legalize crimes of Indian forces in Kashmir and safeguard its interests at every cost. Yasin Malik said that today people of Jammu Kashmir from pooch to Uri, Baderwah to Banihal and Qazigund to Teetwal stand united against Indian occupation and are demanding freedom for Jammu Kashmir. But despite this indigenous peoples movement, India and its stooges are in a state of denial and are constantly trying to dub it as a sponsored one. He said that by portraying ‘all is well’, so-called chief minister and her ministers are actually trying to befool themselves by living in the world of their own lies.

While terming the recent remarks of so-called chief minister as shameless assertions, Yasin Malik said that pro-freedom camp has always cared for the education and up-liftment of the new generation. It is in fact the ongoing freedom struggle pioneered by JKLF in 1988 that opened the doors and avenues for Kashmiris and boosted Kashmiri youth to tread path of modern education and today by Allah’s grace Kashmiris shine in every field at the international arena. He said that in contrast so-called rulers use examinations and education for their political ends and are thus making students and education vulnerable. He said that day before so-called chief minister was trying to describe freedom struggle of Kashmiris as anti-education, anti-women and even anti-Islam. She was countered back by the people present there and this should have been an enough writing on wall for her but irony is that the people inundated in the lust of power seem to lost every human instinct and these people always act undemocratically and callously.

While strongly condemning the ongoing state sponsored terrorism of Indian forces and police unleashed throughout Kashmir valley ,Yasin Malik said that today all over the valley glass panes of vehicles, residential houses, shops and even Masajid are special target of Indian forces and police . Nocturnal raids, arrests, beating people, burning down extra carpets of Masajid and vandalizing everything that comes their way has become the routine job of these forces. So-called chief minister who on daily basis issues Fatawa is mum on all this state terrorism and instead of trying to stop all this is vindicating it by putting blame on protesting people. Giving example of Palpora Noorbagh localities like Pamposh and Kounser Colonies, Yasin Malik said that police has made the lives of resident’s hell by unleashing nocturnal terror and people are migrating from their houses to save themselves from the police wrath.
