Demonstration Outside Indian Embassy in London
A protest outside the Indian High Commission in London yesterday, by the London Branch of JKLF UK Zone, highlighted the arrest and incarceration of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front leader Zahoor Ahmed Butt, in Jammu Kashmir.A large n
umber of Kashmiris took part in the protest, shouting slogans of "Free Zahoor Butt," "Free Maqbool Butt Shaheed," "Free Kashmir," "Indian forces out of Kashmir," and "Kashmir for Kashmiris."
Speakers condmned the arrest of Zahoor Butt who they say has been arrested by the Indian Forces after his return to Srinagar.
The protesters, men, women and children, came mainly from London and Luton, 30 miles north west of London.

Leaders of the protest included Zafar Khan, head of the JKLF Diplomatic committee, Zafar Sharif, Riaz Ahmed, General Secretary of JKLF UK Zone, Malik Latif, Javed Rashid, Mahmood Faiz, Raja Ilyas, Mahmood Hussain, Sanawar Hussain and Javaid Rashid.
Protestors presented a memorandom to the Indian High Commission.
