Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Aman faction, has emphasized the need for revival of Coordination Committee formed in 2008 to make the ongoing struggle organized and more effective. Expressing strong resentment over the arrest and detention of pro-movement leaders and activists, a spokesman of JKLF, in a statement, said such ‘repressive’ steps by the government could not prevent the freedom loving people from continuing their struggle. In a statement, a spokesman of the JKLF said, “The government facilitated the visits of pro-India leaders to Shopain by providing them security while it arrested and house arrested the pro-movement leaders to prevent them from visiting the same place. This speaks volumes of its double standards.”
