Srinagar July 10: Incarcerated Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has strongly condemned the reign of terror unleashed against people of Jammu Kashmir throughout Kashmir valley during which more than two dozen innocents have fallen to the bullets of trigger happy Indian soldiers and police. Yasin sahib who is in police custody said that after the martyrdom of Burhaan Muzaffar Wani ,the way in which whole Kashmir is being terrorized by police, forces and army is glaring example  of oppressive behavior and dictatorial mindset of Indian rulers and their Kashmiri stooges. 

He said that to keep its illegal occupation on Kashmir in-tact India and its forces have started a war against Kashmiris and within some hours more than two dozen innocents have fallen to the bullets of trigger happy soldiers. What is more criminal is the criminal statements of PDP leaders and police who are trying to legitimize this massacre by demonizing protesters instead of the killers, added Yasin Malik. He said that today police and forces are not even sparing those injured and their families and hospital wards have been turned into torture centers for injured and their families. 

Yasin said that SMHS hospital is one such example of this police highhandedness where local SHO and his men along with CRPF are stopping people from donating blood for injured, arresting the kith and kin of injured and beating whosoever comes their way. Yasin Malik said that India, its Kashmiri stooges and authorities should see how millions of people are mourning and protesting against the martyrdom of a 22 year young freedom fighter .This spontaneous protest and mourning is the demonstration of real aspirations of the people of Kashmir and this should serve as an eye opener for India and its stooges, asserted Yasin Malik.

Meanwhile a high level delegation of JKLF comprising of vice chairman Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi and zonal organizer Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri today managed to reach Ttral .The delegation after crossing barriers, protests, curfew and hurdles managed to reach Shareefabad Tral where they visited the bereaved family of Shaheed Burhan Wani and expressed solidarity with them. While speaking to the people present on the occasion, JKLF vice chairman Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi said that Burhan Shaheed and martyrs like him are the real heroes of Kashmiri nation and that is why today whole of Kashmir is mourning on their departure. 

He said that Indian rulers, their Kashmiri stooges and bias media have crossed every limit of shame in their anti-Kashmir pursuit. He said that today whole Kashmiri is burning but Indian media is busy making propaganda against Kashmris and is not letting any chance to spit Venom against us. This is real yellow journalism and should be condemned by one and all. JKLF leader said that these young martyrs are our real heroes and we as a living nation pledge to them that we will keep the flame of their mission alive and will not shy away from any sacrifice in this regard.

Srinagar July 09: Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has been arrested  by police and forces during a nocturnal raid on his residence . Police last night cordoned his residence and after arresting him shifted him to police station Kothibagh.

Meanwhile in his message from incarceration , JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has paid rich tributes to great warrior and freedom fighter Shaheed Burhan Muzafar Wani and his associated Shaheed Sartaj Ahmad and Shaheed Parvaiz Ahmad who embraced martyrdom at Kokernagh last evening. While paying tributes to the martyrs ,JKLF incarcerated chairman said that the way people of Kashmir have mourned the loss of martyr Burhan Wani across Kashmir, has reminded us the martyrdom of pioneer of present struggle Shaheed I Kashmir Ishfaq Majeed Wani in 1990. This unified protest and mourning should serve as an eye opener for the world as well as India and they should realize the fact that tyranny, oppression and other means of subjugation have not and can never suppress the voice and freedom struggle of Kashmiris has and will continue till the achievement of the desired goal. Yasin Malik said that the story of martyr Burhan Wani and martyr of Kashmir Ishfaq majeed Wani has many similarities. 

Before 1987 police, agencies and other forces opened the doors of red 16 like torture centers on peaceful youth who wanted to peruse the path of peaceful struggle. Police used to torture them, their relatives, and parents and humiliating was a common feature. This oppression forced youth of that time to start armed struggle and world saw a historical people’s revolution led by martyr Ishafaq Majeed Wani in 1990. Yasin Malik said that likewise martyr Burhan Wani, his brother martyr Khalid Muzafar wani and thousands of others like them became part of peaceful struggle in 2008 and 2010 but state, police, forces and agencies subjected them and their dear ones with the same torture and humiliation, that was done with youth prior to 1987 and hence these young innocents were also forced to tread the path of sacrifices and martyrdom. 


Yasin Malik said that in 1990 after the martyrdom of Ishfaq Majeed Wani coward rulers imposed curfew to stop people from mourning and participating in his funeral  but people could not be stopped likewise today after the martyrdom of Burhan Muzafar Wani, curfew, restrictions, internet and phone barring, arrests, firings and beatings have been going on but coward rulers and their masters have failed to stop people from mourning the loss of their great young warriors and every house and home today is mourning and protesting against Indian occupation, oppression and suppression. 

Yasin Malik said that from last evening more than six people have fell to the bullets of trigger happy Indian soldiers, more than 200 are injured many of them critically and many more arrested. RSS led PDP rulers have beaten all previous records by putting army along with other forces on roads to beat and kill people. He said that PDP led coward rulers should know that their oppression cannot deter the people of Kashmir from perusing the path of struggle and freedom. While praying for the patience of those who lost their dear ones from last evening, Yasin Malik prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured. He appealed people to follow the joint resistance leadership protest programs and made these programs a success.  
       
 Jailed JKLF chairman has paid rich tributes to great Muslim social leader, humanitarian and philanthropist Moulana Abdul Satar Eidi who breathed his last today. While recalling his meeting with the great soul in 2005 during Kashmir earthquake, Yasin Malik said that his modesty, humbleness, love for humanity, passion for work and kind personality can never be forgotten. Yasin Malik said that Moulana Abdul Satar Eidi always stood firm for the cause of humanity and set a glaring example for people to come. He served humanity rising above creed, cast, color, religion and region and that is why today when he has departed this material world every eye is weeping for him, every heart is grief-stricken and every lip praying for his heavenly abode. He hoped that the institution set up by late Moulana Eidi will continue its good works and will flourish day by day. While expressing his heartfelt condolences to the people and government of Pakistan and also to his bereaved family, Yasin Malik prayed for his heavenly abode.

Putting barriers on Ulema and mosques, free license provided to fascist forces in Jammu to inflict harm on Jammu Muslims, instead of releasing jailed youth shifting them to Jammu jails, and spreading liquor in Kashmir are such criminal acts that cannot be accepted by any Kashmiri. Ulema, imams, religious scholars and common people should raise their voices against these acts of tyranny and protest against conspiratorial designs of India and its Kashmiri stooges.This was stated by the chairman of Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik in a press statement issued today.
    
 While strongly condemning the heinous attack on Masjid I Nabawi at the time of Iftaar, and other attacks in cities of Qateef and Jeddah in which many people lost their lives and many were injured, Yasin Malik said that for every Muslim the sacredness and holiness of Harmain I Sharefain including Masjid I Nabawi remains pivotal and no Muslim can ever think of inflicting any harm to these places. He said that attacks like these are perpetuated by the forces of darkness, tyranny and Kharjiyat who are serving the cause of enemies of Islam and Muslims. Yasin Malik said that by attacking Masjid I Nabawi the attackers have actually crossed every limit and today world especially the Islamic world should stand united against these forces of darkness and tyranny and put every effort to eradicate this menace. While expressing solidarity with the government of Saudi Arabia, the people of Saudi Arabia especially those families who lost their dear ones during these attacks, Yasin Malik said that people of Kashmir stand with their brothers and sisters of Saudi Arabia in this hour of grief and we pray to Allah almighty to save Harmian I Shareefain.
      
While condemning the tyranny and oppression on people of Jammu and Kashmir, JKLF chairman said that today at the behest of RSS like chauvinists, so-called Kashmiri rulers have started an ugly campaign against our Ulema, religious scholars, mosques and religious places. Our religious affairs are being handed over to CID and we are being told to follow our religion according to the whims of so-called rulers. On the other side in their anti-Muslim and anti-Islam pursuit so-called rulers are publicly glamorizing liquor and trying every bit to spread this mother of all evils. Also a free hand is being given to chauvinist forces in Jammu who are marching along with weapons freely in Jammu and are providing training to women also. 

This is being done to inflict harm to Jammu Muslims and intimidate them. Similarly despite tall claims of releasing jailed youth, rulers are arresting more youth and even shifting many of them to outside jails in these hot days. Yasin Malik said that so-called rulers have actually launched a full-fledged war on the people of Jammu Kashmir especially against Muslims and the only purpose of this is to strengthen the illegal occupation of India on Jammu Kashmir. He said that these acts of tyranny and oppression cannot deter us from perusing the path of truth and freedom and rulers must know that their ugly oppression is actually strengthening our resolve and determination.

 While appealing Ulema, religious scholars and Khateebs and common people to stand up against conspiratorial designs of rulers, tyranny and oppression, JKLF chairman appealed them to raise their voices on the eve of Eid ul Fitr and register their peaceful protest so that a strong message goes out from Kashmir against this suppression. He also appealed people of Kashmir to observe Eid with utmost modesty and on the auspicious occasion of Eid Ul fitr remember those who rendered sacrifices during freedom struggle.

Srinagar July 01: Sowing thorns and desiring for flowers is nothing but foolishness. The dictatorial way in which Indian rulers and their Kashmiri stooges are suppressing our peaceful freedom struggle and repressive measures unleashed against revolutionary Kashmir youth, ranging from torture to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment is only promoting violence. 

The so-called chief minister who has selectively invoked Islam to criticize the recent armed attacks in Kashmir cannot fool pro Azadi and politically mature people of Kashmir who are very much aware of the fact that Mehbooba Mufti as the Head of India’s Unified Command Council in Kashmir, oversees all military and paramilitary Indian armed forces in Kashmir who have slaughtered Kashmiri civilians in thousands, particularly during the years of 1990, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. 

When Kashmiri youth are shot dead or tortured by forces of Indian colonialism, Mehbooba Mufti, the civilian façade of India’s military occupation in Kashmir and servant of a Hindu nationalist government, conveniently chooses to forget Islamic ethics. The people of Jammu Kashmir will not remain silent on harassment of Muslims in Jammu division, conspiratorial designs to alter the demography of Kashmir and change the Muslim majority character of Jammu Kashmir, promote religious discord and intolerance by constructing walls of hatred for Kashmiri pundits, planned establishment of colonies for Ex-soldiers in Kashmir, hideous plan to implement a colonial industrial policy, and threats from the puppet Chief Minister to the Ulema and religious scholars of Jammu Kashmir.   


This was stated by the chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while addressing a mammoth gathering at Tsrar-i-Shareef today. The mass protest jointly organized by Hurriyat(G), Hurriyat(M) and JKLF  was attended by thousands of people, who raised slogans in favor of liberation of Kashmir and Palestine.

The JKLF Chairman, further stated that unity of the Kashmiri nation is the need of the hour and critical to stop the Machiavellian plots of India and its Kashmiri stooges. Unless and Until India rolls back these colonial policies, joint protests by pro-independence organizations would continue. India and its puppets in Kashmir who swear by liberal democracy continue to imprison and torture Kashmiris, cripple dissent and promote a culture of violence. Like 1987-88, history is being repeated today in Kashmir when unarmed and protesting Kashmiri youth and their relatives are being relentlessly harassed, humiliated and tortured and a new generation is being forced to pick up arms. When you have an ugly occupation, you cannot expect a beautiful resistance. 

Yet Kashmiri nation’s humanism remains alive. Yasin Malik dared the puppet rulers to explain to the Kashmiri masses as to which religious, democratic or legal principles sanctioned the killings of thousands of Kashmiri youth from 1947 to the present, particularly in the 1990s and as recently as 2008,2009,2010 and 2011. Mehbooba Mufti, who has recently started to invoke Islam selectively, needs to answer the Kashmiri masses as to how is her government’s policy to promote liquor and her refusal to ban the mother of many evils in consonance with Islamic tenets. When Hindu majority Indian States ban liquor it is treated as a will of the democratic majority and read as secular. By contrast, if Muslim majority Kashmir seeks a ban on liquor it is branded as a reflection of Islamic fundamentalism.

JKLF Chariman, further stated that Islam values compassion, tolerance, humanism and justice, and urges us to fight injustice in any form. It is the Islamic ethos of Kashmir that is reflected in inter-communal harmony in Kashmir. Islam teaches us to respect and protect religious minorities, their places of worship or the weak. In Jammu region, Muslims are being persecuted by Hindu chauvinists and forced to eat cow dung. In order to appease her Hindu nationalist overlords,the puppet Chief Minister is mum on the persecution of Jammu Muslims. Mehbooba Mufti’s constant and vile attacks against our Ulema and religious scholars tantamount to a direct interference in the religious affairs of Kashmiri Muslims and no Kashmiri Muslim will tolerate such unwanted intrusion in her or his religious affairs. In the joint protest organized by the JKLF the following joint resolution by elderly leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik, was read out in front of the masses, which was endorsed by everyone present. Srinagar June 25: Our joint resistance against anti-Muslim, anti-Kashmiri plots of so-called rulers will continue till these are practically rolled back. So-called rulers who are hell bent upon implementing conspiratorial plots in Kashmir and who have unleashed a reign of terror against Kashmiri youth are the ones who are destabilizing situation, promoting violence and hence destroying the economy of Kashmiris.

This was stated by the chairman Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while speaking to the participants of a protest sit-in held at Madina Chowk Lal Chowk today. This protest sit-in was organized jointly by APHC (G), APHC (M) and JKLF and was a part of joint resistance against Pandit colonies, Sainik colonies, and industrial policy, oppression unleashed against Jammu Muslims and Kashmiri youth across the valley. 

Besides JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik, APHC (G) leader Mehraj ud din Kalwal and APHC (M) leader Ghulam Nabi Zaki also addressed the gathering. Besides various leaders and activists from two Hurriyats and JKLF, people from all walks of life including women participated in today’s protest. Raising slogans in favor of freedom, martyrs and resistance and against Pandit, Sainik colonies, industrial policy, arrests, nocturnal raids and other oppressive measures, the protest sit-in continued for more than one hour. 

While addressing the participants of today’s protest sit-in JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik said that this joint protest is the part of ongoing program against separate colonies in the name of Pandits, Colonies for Sainiks ,industrial policy and oppression unleashed against Jammu Muslims and Kashmiri youth. 

He said that on daily basis new disclosures are coming to surface and we are being told that nearly 600 industrial units of outsiders have already been established in Kashmir and thousands of outsiders have been issued the state subject certificates. He said rulers for their lust of power want to change demography of Jammu Kashmir through their RSS backed plans but Alhamdollilah leadership in Kashmir have realized the gravity of situation and all have decided to fight these conspiratorial plots with unity. He said that this joint resistance will continue till these anti-Muslim, anti-Kashmiri plots are not rolled back and stopped practically. Yasin Malik said that so-called chief minister on daily basis is issuing statement about saving tourist season and she is accusing resistance camp of destroying this season. 

Actually the reality is different as it is not the resistance camp but these so-called rulers who through their oppressive measures are trying to destroy the economy of Kashmiris, asserted Yasin Malik. He said that from last one month joint resistance is going on but during this period resistance camp instead asking people to give sacrifices have rendered sacrifices themselves and have tried to safeguard the economy of the common people but on contrary so-called rulers throughout the valley have unleashed a reign of terror against youth, resistance lovers and common people. 

He said that a young boy from Maisuma Ashiq Hussain Dar was arrested some 7 months ago and slapped with PSA. High court quashed his PSA and ordered his release but so-called rulers slapped another PSA on him and shifted him to kuthwa jail. Similarly another young boy from same locality Faisal Aslam also is languishing in jail from last 8 months. 

Yasin Malik said that similar kind of oppression has been unleashed in Islamabad town, Shehr I Khaas (downtown) Srinagar, Sopore, Kupwara, Baramullah, Pulwama and so on. He said that a war has been started against Kashmiris and that too in the holy month of Ramadhan. Nocturnal raids, humiliating the citizens, desecration of Masjid in Islamabad, cutting down four figures of a Kashmiri youth at Kupwara and other oppressive measures are glaring examples of the fact that so-called rulers are promoting violence and are hell bent upon contaminating atmosphere and hence are hell bent on destroying the economic life of Kashmiris. How can these so-called rulers put blame on resistance camp when it is their anti-Kashmir, anti-Muslim and anti-people policies that are promoting violence and contemplating atmosphere? Asked Yasin Malik.  

Yasin Malik said that so-called chief minister Mst. Mehmooba Mufti for his lust of power has lost her sagacity. She is the same lady who used to wear green robes and shed tears on the corpses of martyrs. She is the same lady who displaying play-cards used to raise her voice against army, AFSPA, killings of youth and incarceration of people. Now as she has got power, she has turned worst oppressor and is setting new records of suppression and oppression, added Yasin Malik. He said that this oppression and suppression cannot deter us from perusing the path of truth and resistance and we warn these so-called rulers to stop their oppressive measures and implementation of conspiratorial agenda or face stiff resistance from Kashmiris.
